From the moment the riffs of “Reckless” started the fans were on their feet ready for the night to start. Miller’s setlist was a well-curated mix of fan favorites and new material. Songs like “Got Me On The Run” and “Darkest Horse” displayed his songwriting prowess and ability to craft deeply personal and relatable lyrics. They played their newest song,
“Digging In The Dust” which the fans seemed to love and were cheering.

The intimacy of the venue allowed for moments of connection between Miller and the audience, with him sharing anecdotes and reflections that added depth to the evening.

Overall, Jason Charles Miller’s performance was a testament to his skill as a performer and songwriter. He delivered a show that was both entertaining and emotionally resonant, leaving the audience eagerly anticipating his next visit. For those who have yet to see him live, Miller’s concerts are a must-attend experience for anyone who appreciates rock music that combines passion with artistry.

The final performer of the evening was American comedic glam metal band from Los Angeles, California Steel Panther Fronted by lead singer Michael Starr, the band formed in 2000 as Metal Shop and was also known as Metal Skool before adopting the name Steel Panther in 2008. The band is known for its profane and humorous lyrics, and for parodying the stereotypical glam metal lifestyle.

In July 2021, it was revealed that Foxx had left the band. The band cited it was a mutual decision, jokingly stating that Foxx was pursuing his own business “Sexxy Lexxi’s Prettiest Pets” In September of 2022,  Joe “Spyder” Lester was selected as the new full-time bassist for the band. The band’s self-produced sixth studio album, On The Prowl, was released in 2023. Also in 2023, Steel Panther had a successful audition for America’s Got Talent

They came to the stage with all the bombast and flair that fans have come to expect from the glam metal kings. Known for their over-the-top performances and irreverent humor, the band delivered an evening that was equal parts outrageous and exhilarating.

The packed crowd—an eclectic mix of die-hard fans and curious onlookers—responded with raucous enthusiasm as the band made their grand entrance, complete with their signature glam rock attire and larger-than-life personas.
Their first song “Eyes Of A Panther,” got the crowd energized and jumping, screaming and cheering.

Steel Panther’s performance was as much about the spectacle as it was about the music. Guitarists Satchel and Stix Zadinia brought their A-game with jaw-dropping solos and a flair for the dramatic that had the audience cheering for more. Satchel’s guitar skills were on full display during “Asian Hooker,” where his shredding was met with appreciative roars from the crowd. Stix, meanwhile, proved himself a dynamic drummer whose energy was infectious throughout the night.

The band’s humor, while often pushing boundaries, was delivered with a wink and a nod that made it clear it was all in good fun. From their tongue-in-cheek banter to their hilarious skits between songs, Steel Panther’s show was as much a comedy routine as it was a concert. Despite its modest size, the energy in the room was electric, and the band’s larger-than-life performance made the venue feel like a much grander stage.

Their setlist included songs such as “Friends With Benefits,” Turn Out The Lights,” and “Poontang Boomerang.” Before the song “Girl From Oklahoma,” they pulled a fan out from the crowd, sat her on a chair in the middle of the stage and each member of the band proceeded to sing a song about her. She introduced herself as “Kim.” The members proceeded with their songs each delivering a fun and raunchy tribute to her. This got the crowd laughing and cheering.

After paying tribute to Kim the band invited all the girls in the venue onto the stage. They wanted just about every girl that was in attendance to come to the stage (including some of the workers at the bar) to interact and dance on stage with the band. They then started singing “17 Girls In A Row.” The band interacted with the girls on stage and the girls were trying to get the band members attention by dancing, grinding, and doing their own performances next to the band members.

The crowd’s enthusiasm showed no signs of waning, and the band’s playful banter and high-energy performance made it clear that they were having as much fun as the audience.

In summary, Steel Panther’s show at Wally’s was a wild and unforgettable ride. Combining their signature glam metal sound with a heavy dose of humor and theatricality, they delivered a performance that was both hilarious and exhilarating. For anyone looking to experience a concert that blends rock ‘n’ roll with comedy, Steel Panther’s live show is a must-see.
