Nonpoint Heads Back To Wally’s For The Painful Statements Tour

On another hot and steamy night in NH, beachgoers were starting to make their way home as the Nonpoint fans were making their way to Wally’s.

The first band of the evening was Canadian rock band formed in LaSalle, Ontario, in 2015 Autumn Kings. They have since relocated to Detroit, Michigan, United States. They started as an independent band but signed with label Hopeless Records in August 2024.

From the very first note of “Sleep When I’m Dead,” the band commanded the room with confidence. Their powerful riffs and infectious hooks pulling the audience in immediately.

Their setlist spanned fan favorites and fresh material, each song delivered with intensity and authenticity that had the crowd singing along and jumping in unison.

Autumn Kings aren’t just about high-octane rock—they bring a real sense of heart to their music.

Closing with one of their biggest hits, “Hellbound,” Autumn Kings left the audience buzzing, proving yet again that they are a band built for the big stage. Passionate, polished, and unstoppable, they continue to cement their reputation as one of rock’s rising powerhouses.

The next band of the evening was American metalcore band from San Antonio, Texas, formed in 2005 Upon A Burning Body. The band currently consists of vocalist Danny Leal, guitarist Ruben Alvarez, drummer Tito Felix and bassist Thomas Alvarez.

As soon as the first note of “Daywalker” was heard the crowd went crazy. Partway through the song, it was aborted due to the PA cutting out. The band went off stage for a minute and came back on. The fans went crazy as they came back on to continue their set. They didn’t finish the song and went right into “Killshot,”

Their commanding presence had the audience in the palm of their hand, igniting circle pits and walls of death that sent the room into chaos.

The setlist spanned across fan favorites, including devastating classics and newer material that showcased their continued evolution without losing their bite.

By the time they closed with “Texas Blood Money,” the crowd was sweaty, exhausted, and grinning ear to ear. Fans were cheering along with the band, “Deep in the heart of Texas,” The band was waving their Texas flag while the crowd was chanting.  Upon a Burning Body didn’t just perform—they unleashed a storm, and everyone lucky enough to be there walked away with their adrenaline still surging.

The final band of the evening was American heavy metal band from Fort Lauderdale, Florida,  Nonpoint. The band currently consists of vocalist Elias Soriano, drummer Robb Rivera, rhythm guitarist Rasheed Thomas, bassist Adam Woloszyn, and lead guitarist Jaysin Zeilstra.

Nonpoint was formed in 1997 by Rivera and Soriano. They released two independent demo albums in the 1990s, followed by their major label debut album, Statement, in 2000.

As soon as the lights went out there was a recording from Lead vocalist Elias Soriano, explaining how he started in the band as a backup vocalist. He went on to explain how is relationship with the band changed and how he became the lead singer. The band came onto the stage and started playing “Mindtrip.” The crowd went crazy.

Nonpoint turned Wally’s Pub into an explosive whirlwind of sound and energy, proving why their live shows have such a legendary reputation. The intimate setting of Hampton Beach’s favorite rock spot only amplified the intensity.

Soriano came to the mic and stated that they were going to be playing two of  their albums The Statment, and To The Pain, in their entirety. The fans screamed with excitement. The close quarters made the singalongs even more powerful—fans weren’t just watching, they were part of the show.

Wally’s Pub provided the perfect backdrop: low ceilings, sweaty walls, and a crowd that never stopped moving. Circle pits broke out just feet from the stage, and Soriano fed off the chaos, leaning into the fans and pushing the energy higher with each song.

By the end of the night, both the band and the crowd looked exhausted but exhilarated. Nonpoint didn’t just play Hampton Beach—they owned it, delivering a set that felt less like a performance and more like a full-on cathartic release. At Wally’s Pub, the connection was real, the music was loud, and Nonpoint proved once again that their live show is an unstoppable force.
