First performer for the evening was a Canadian-American country singer-songwriter from Bowmanville, Ontario Meghan Patrick. She released her debut album, Grace & Grit, on April 29, 2016.She has one #1 Canada Country hit with “Walls Come Down”. Prior to setting out as a solo artist, Patrick was the lead singer of the Stone Sparrows who released an EP and a full-length album before the members parted ways amicably in 201, after playing their second Boots and Hearts Music Festival in June 2021, she released her third studio album, Heart on My Glass. It was her debut American release and included the singles “My First Car” and “Never Giving Up on You”, as well as “Cool About It.” Patrick made her Grand Ole Opry Debut on April 11, 2023. As she was performing fans were piling into their seats.
She performed songs from her debut album as well as some of her newer songs. The fans seemed to love and enjoy her music. She got the crowd on their feet and were dancing and singing along to her songs. Her performance was a great way to showcase her talents and her voice.
Finally, the performer everyone came to see was ready to hit the stage. American country music singer and songwriter Jon Pardi was ready to party the night away.Pardi took the stage with his band, which features a talented group of musicians who perfectly complemented his distinctive vocals. From the opening notes of his first song, “Last Night Lonely,” it was clear that this was going to be a show focused on country music’s roots.
