The album was later retitled as Already Drank That Beer and reissued on April 1, 2022, adding a new duet version of “Never Til Now” which featured Brett Young. It was released as Cooke’s debut single in May 2022 and promoted by Big Loud, the label with whom she inked a recording contract . It peaked at number 49 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.

Cooke’s setlist was a well-curated mix of her original songs and select covers, showcasing her versatility and connection to both her roots and contemporary influences. She opened the night with “good to be back,” setting an upbeat tone that resonated with the crowd. Throughout the evening, she performed tracks from her ‘shot in the dark’ album, including fan favorites like “getting into” and “it’s been a year,” the latter reflecting on life’s ups and downs in a relatable manner.

One of the standout moments were her medley of covers, seamlessly blending “Since U Been Gone,” “Castle on the Hill,” “Complicated,” “Life is a Highway,” and “Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours,” which showcased her ability to cross genres effortlessly. Additionally, her rendition of Miranda Lambert’s “Gunpowder and Lead” added a fiery edge to the set, demonstrating her range and paying homage to her influences.

Cooke’s engagement with the audience was genuine and heartfelt. She shared personal anecdotes between songs, creating an intimate atmosphere that made the sizable venue feel cozy. Her sunny personality and big smile were infectious, drawing the audience into her world and making each song feel like a shared experience.

The Paradise Rock Club, known for its intimate setting and excellent acoustics, served as the perfect backdrop for Cooke’s performance. The venue’s ambiance complemented her acoustic-based songs, allowing her vocals to shine and connect deeply with the audience.

The highlight of the evening was right before the last song “Your Place,” some of the fans in the front row were holding signs that read “Boston is your place.”  She saw the signs and became very emotional. She was starting to get teary eyed and said to the crowd “I don’t get emotional like this. Thank You Boston.” She took the sign and held it up the crowd. I can’t say enough you have been an amazing crowd.
