On a busy day in Boston country up and coming star Lyssa Coulter came to Loretta’s Last Call for an afternoon performance. With the Red Sox doing a double header and Boston Calling in Boston Lyssa was ready to play in front of beloved country fans.
Fans were piling in Loretta’s Last Call with the end of the first Red Sox game ending and awaiting the second game country star/recording artist Lyssa Coulter was set to hit the stage. Lyssa is an up an coming country artist who is from the Boston area but moved to Nashville, TN to pursue her career as a country singer. In 2018 she released her first EP “After Midnight,” which won her the New England Music Award for “Best New Act of The Year.”
At the end of 2018 she launched her Artist Development Company “Cloud 9.” This was created to guide other artists into the ever so changing and evolving industry. In 2019 Lyssa kicked off her first solo tour to promote her newest single “Maybe Tonight.” This tour consisted of 11 dates and included festivals. After taking a year off to self reflect she released her comeback single, which she is currently promoting, “Alone With You.”
Once on stage Lyssa opened her three hour performance with her single “Alone With You.” She continued with a number of cover songs before performing another original song, “Listening Twilight.” Through out the night she played a mix of cover songs and some of her original songs to a crowd of intriguing country fans. Fans had moved to the front of the bar to listen to her amazing vocals and to see her perform live. Lyssa is an amazing artist that is soon going to make her mark on country radio. Her songs are being heard on country radio and she is currently on tour to promote herself. If you have a chance to see her perform please do so. She will not disappoint.
